In my early 20’s, my life was changed by a chiropractor, whose philosophy was “When the body is in tune, then the mind can be in tune; and when the mind is in tune then the world can be in tune.” The philosophy of chiropractic…by removing the interference to the system, the body can heal itself…spoke to me. Shortly thereafter, I had a life-changing neck injury. The rest is history.
My chiropractic training was done at Western States Chiropractic College, in Portland, Oregon. Since then, I continue to study many healing approaches ranging from the subtle and energetic to the biochemical and neurological. And, I continue to learn from each and every person who comes in for care.
I grew up in a semi-rural area of Western Pennsylvania and settled here in San Francisco in 1990. In the past few years, my interests have turned to exploring my heritage through food, genealogy, and making herbal liquors; and meditation takes the form of knitting and gardening. Familiar with the challenges of balancing life, I strive to practice what I preach in terms of nutrition, exercise, and holistic healthcare.
My mission is to help people become and stay well, naturally.
“I have been going to chiropractors since I was a teenager because I have scoliosis. I am so happy I found Rachele, she is the best! What I like about her is she is very thorough. She knows several modalities and I never feel like she's just going through the motions for a treatment. She is also very gifted with herbs and supplements, she has saved me more than once for different problems like leaky gut...etc. While other chiropractors just do an adjustment and send you on your way, Rachele gives you a full health workup. I really feel better in every way after I see her.”
